One company among four, not above them

As the organization grew, Diversified Universal LLC was established as the parent organization. It provides a corporate home for the family of companies while allowing each company to keep its own purpose, identity, focus, and portfolio of products, services, brands, or properties.

Diversified Company is one of four companies wholly owned by Diversified Universal LLC. The other three are sibling companies. They are not divisions, subsidiaries, departments, or offerings of Diversified Company, and the products and brands they operate are theirs.

This is a correction of long-standing habit as much as a description. Earlier versions of our materials presented separate companies as divisions of Diversified Company. That language has been retired everywhere it appeared.

Software products including Diversified Payday, Diversified Workspace, and Diversified Forms are products of Diversified SaaS, Inc. They are not products or services of Diversified Company.
