Our Story
It started here, in 2007
This is the story of one company that kept finding new work worth doing, and eventually built the right home for each of those pursuits.
Diversified Company was established in 2007 as an Indiana corporation. It began small, with a short list of services and a simple operating idea: do the work well, respond promptly, and stand behind the result.
Everything that carries the Diversified name today traces back to that starting point. Not every company in the organization legally existed in 2007. What began in 2007 were the business activities, the ideas, the experience, and the appetite for expansion that eventually produced the broader family of companies.
The record over that time has stayed clean. No scandals, no schemes, and no investigations, here or in any market abroad where the Diversified name has done business.
2007
Diversified Company is established
Diversified Company is formed in Indiana. Business Management and Technical Support are among its foundational service activities, serving businesses and, in the early years, residential customers as well.
The company builds its reputation on direct access, plain answers, accountability, and taking responsibility when something goes wrong.
Growth
Growth and diversification
Over the following years, Diversified Company expands into additional services, brands, products, and business activities. Web hosting, advertising, verifiable employee identification, portfolio management, and retail ventures all take shape under one corporation.
The breadth is a strength and eventually a question: activities that had little in common with one another were sharing a single company.
February 2021
Diversified Global LLC is established
On February 11, 2021, Diversified Global LLC is formed to provide a dedicated company for retail brands, products, and related commercial ventures. Brands and properties that had grown up inside Diversified Company, including examples such as Novelty Meds and BuyBlankChecks.com, transition to the new company.
The brands continued. They simply belonged somewhere better suited to them, which allowed Diversified Company to concentrate more specifically on its business to business services.
March 2021
Expansion into media
Diversified Media LLC follows on March 22, 2021, establishing a separate company for publishing, publications, original media, entertainment properties, and podcasting.
Media represented a substantially different field for the organization, with its own audiences, its own economics, and its own reasons to stand on its own.
August 2026
A parent organization
As the number and diversity of the companies expanded, Diversified Universal LLC is established on August 5, 2026 as the parent organization. Universal provides a corporate home for the family of companies while allowing each company to keep its own purpose, identity, focus, and portfolio of products, services, brands, or properties.
Diversified Company is one of four companies wholly owned by Diversified Universal LLC.
2026
SaaS expansion
Diversified SaaS, Inc. is established in 2026 as the dedicated company for the organization's software as a service business software portfolio. Its initial products include Diversified Payday, Diversified Workspace, and Diversified Forms, with room for additional products over time.
Those products belong to Diversified SaaS, Inc. They are not products or services of Diversified Company.
Today
Today
What began as one small company in 2007 has grown into a family of specialized companies, products, services, brands, publications, software, media properties, and other business activities.
Diversified Company remains what it has always been at its center: a business to business services company that answers for its own work. The rest of the story grew out from here.
A note on how this history is told
Not every company in the organization legally existed in 2007. What began in 2007 were the business activities, the ideas, the experience, and the appetite for expansion that eventually produced the family of companies operating today. Each company tells this same history from its own perspective. From ours, this is where it started.
