Diversified Consumer Services, the debt portfolio management operation of Diversified Company, is no longer acquiring new debt portfolios and is not accepting new debt accounts.
The existing portfolio continues to be managed, and consumers with existing accounts remain served in the ordinary course. Diversified Company intends to sell or transfer the existing portfolio to another company. A successor company has not yet been determined.
This is a planned transition rather than a discontinuation. Announcements will follow as the transition progresses.
