Acceptable Use

1. Purpose

This policy protects our clients, our systems, and our vendors. It applies to all services provided by Diversified Company, including hosted services.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Unlawful activity, or activity that facilitates unlawful activity.
• Unauthorized access, scanning, or interference with systems or accounts.
• Distribution of malware, or hosting of content designed to deceive or defraud.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, or use of our systems to support it.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Harassment, threats, or content that exploits or endangers others.
• Activity that places an unreasonable burden on shared resources.

3. Monitoring and enforcement

We do not routinely monitor client content. We do investigate reports and system indicators. Where a violation is identified, we may request correction, suspend the affected service, or terminate service, depending on severity and cooperation.
