1. Retention principles
We keep records for as long as they serve a legitimate business purpose: providing services, maintaining accounting and tax records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. We do not keep records indefinitely as a matter of habit.
2. Typical retention
- Accounting and billing records: retained for the periods required by tax and corporate law.
- Service and support records: retained for the life of the client relationship and a reasonable period afterward.
- Website analytics: retained in aggregated form.
- Correspondence: retained where it documents a service, an agreement, or a dispute.
3. Deletion requests
You may request deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will honor the request except where a record must be retained by law, is needed to complete a transaction, or is required to protect against fraud or to resolve a dispute. We will tell you what we cannot delete and why.
4. Secure disposal
Records scheduled for disposal are deleted or destroyed using methods appropriate to the medium and the sensitivity of the information.
